The service was very good, nothing to complain about. It was a joy spending time in the extremely pleasant room with cheap coffee and carpet in the bathroom. The location was unbeatable so close to everything and the staff here was friendly efficient and extremely helpful.

Overall lovely welcoming hotel, I didn't want to say goodbye.
No reason to complain, the venue met required needs. Everything was great, amiable staff, beautiful location so close to the restaurant was holding a taster menu which was truly amazing and excellent value, the gardens and the conservatory for drinks.

Location close enough to motorways, the restaurant was holding a taster menu which was truly amazing and excellent value and anywhere in Bristol that has on-site parking. Efficient check-in and late check-out, extremely helpful staff. Extremely pleasant room, great-sized bathroom.

The hotel was easy to get to from the motorway network, making it convenient for us as we were traveling from Cambridgeshire. The room was very comfortable, allowing me to have a good night's sleep after a long journey. The breakfast buffet provided a variety of options, including cereals and fruit juices, and I loved not having to make my own toast. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
